Users expect to be able to navigate forms, quizzes, and surveys using a keyboard which is also necessary for most companies to meet WCAG or 508 Compliance requirements. While you can submit an answer by clicking OK (after making the selection with your mouse/screen tap), there is no way to make a choice selection or navigate back through previous sections using only the keyboard. This is essential for accessibility.
